There are several options to connect your website and your Facebook Page. Here are some options, including a short description of what it is and a link to the Facebook knowledge base, which explains how to set it up.

Facebook Page Tabs

Facebook Pages are a heavily used feature of Facebook. Major brands, celebrities, and organizations use Facebook Pages as their social home on the web. Besides standard tabs like "About", "Events" or "Photos" you can add custom Page tabs via the Facebook platform. These custom Page tabs load content from your webserver using an iframe. Note: the Page Tabs feature is only available to Pages with 2000 or more likes.

Facebook Social Media Comments Field

The Facebook comments plugin lets people comment on content on your website using their Facebook account. People can choose to share their comment activity with their friends (and friends of their friends) on Facebook as well. The comments plugin also includes built-in moderation tools and social relevance ranking.

Facebook Social Media Fanbox

The Page plugin lets you easily embed and promote any public Facebook Page on your website. Just like on Facebook, your visitors can like and share the Page without leaving your site. You can use the Page plugin for any Page that is not restricted, for example, by country or age.
